A late-1980s British sitcom written by and starring Rory McGrath and Jimmy Mulville, Chelmsford 123 was a bit hit and miss, but always good fun. My favourite episodes are the very first and the very last, both of which feature the Emperor Hadrian as you've never seen him before, and subtitled Latin.Series One
